Dr. Larisa Khmil
I was born and raised in Ukraine and that is where I began my love for dentistry, while watching my father practice. I attended the University of Poltava and graduated in 1992 with high honors. That year I began my successful practice, which I had for ten years until my move to the United States. I along with my family moved to the United States in 2002 and settled in New Jersey. While there I attended NYU College of Dentistry and received a degree in comprehensive aesthetic dentistry. Throughout this time my desire always remained the same, to start my own practice in the United States. That began with my family’s move to Colorado where I attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine International Program and graduated in 2008 with a D.D.S. degree. I joined a successful practice in which I practiced in for the last several years. Alameda Dental is a dream come true. It is the culmination of all of my hard work and dedication to my career and patients that this office has become a reality.
Personally I’m married to Viktor and together we have two daughters, Anna and Tatyana. Tatyana has graduated from CU Boulder and currently working. I am also a proud owner of a dog named Frankie. I enjoy yoga, snowshoeing, and hiking with my family in my spare time.
I would like for people to know that I am a caring dentist and I value having great relationships with all of my patients. I have a great ability to make patients feel at ease and comfortable and I hope I get the opportunity to show that to you. I am also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Dr. Andrew Grigg
Dr. Andrew Grigg was raised in Michigan, where he earned both his bachelor's degree in Biology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Detroit Mercy. After practicing dentistry in Detroit for several years, he moved to Colorado to join the team at Alameda Dental.
As a third-generation dental provider, Dr. Grigg has been surrounded by dentistry his entire life. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a judgment-free environment, where he works collaboratively with patients to improve their oral health. Dr. Grigg is excited to continue providing high-quality dental services to the Alameda Dental community.
Outside the office, Dr. Grigg enjoys both playing and watching most sports, staying active through exercise and biking, and spending time with his cat, Toast. As a new resident of Denver, he has embraced hiking and hopes to one day summit a Colorado 14er.
